Tue, day off- ohh so sore... took tab, my body is asking for more food already! Something worth noting is that i experienced a 'hot flash' warm sensation all over maybe after an hour of taking the tab that lasted a few min's...
I took pics and tried posting yesterday but wouldn't upload, something about waiting for approval from the board but the thing never loaded! any IT guys out there?
Got my measurements in (7 point caliper reading) i'm at %6.50 body fat- great, but i'm not really trying to lose overall body fat- i'll take any mass!!! lol
Well today i'll be working Back, Bi, & Forearms
can't wait!
