its tuff to avoid somthing you cant see ,shoot calves if your a gluten for pain i did and i couldnt walk at all if you decide to shoot calves do no more than 1/2ml per calf and dont do prop you will be crippled,i shoot inner and outer tricept ,inner and outer bicepts,delts ,quads all around,pecs all around,i do have a bad shot now and again but they are part of the game so i just deal with it
