well, if you're wanting to know the answer to how many calories you have in your meal - why don't you just look at the nutritional information and find out for yourself ??? it's not that hard.
my breakfast consists of :
1 quake maple / brown sugar oatmeal packet
1/2 cup regular oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
2 egg whites (the liquid kind)
1 whole egg
12 oz. OJ
eggs are mixed together and scrambled. oatmeal's are mixed together. comes out to 714 calories, 41 g protien, 114 g carbs, 10 g fat
if you don't like to add all that stuff up yourself, i suggest you get a little program that saves all the information and adds it up for you. there is also a place online (i think pete235 knows the site) that can do all this for you too.
basicall if you're lookin to get in your 4500 calories, you gotta wake up early and start eatin. none of this sleepin in until noon BS.
