How to deal with abcess

I mean I would like to think that I did but at this point I am second guessing myself. Possibly it was my gear? It was ******* and it was test and it hurt like crazy going in. I think I am going to stick a 22g pin into it and aspirate to see if any puss comes out..if puss comes out i am headin to the doctor if it is blood I am going to keep takin antis for a few days and massage. Still wondering if anyone has ever had this happen to em?

Is it red and hot? Or is just swollen and painful? If it's red and hot it's an abcess, If it just a little painful and swelled, suck it up for a few more days, it should be alright.
