How to use Nizoral for it to be effective at preventing hairloss/acne???

Everywhere i've read states that Nizoral is quite effective at preventing hair loss and acne, but I can never find anywhere that states how often to use or how much (dosage)? Does anyone know how often one should use Nizoral for it to be effective? If one washes their hair with it every other day, is that effective?

Second question is Nizoral 1% as effective as the 2%? And do you need to use it more often for it to be equally effective?

I use it pretty much every nite..
It has become my regular shampoo.
That is not how it is reccomended to be used.

but it works, i dont have any problems with it
I use a tiny bit, i put it on my head, i keep it on there for 5minutes or so while i do shampoo the rest of my body, than rinse, soap it etc.. rinse out my hair...

Shave my balls LOL (oops) lol

    ummm
I have been using it for 6months straight now. I also use DUTA 20squirts a day or so lion kind of course.. I put spiro on my head before bed twice a week or so.. usually on a friday, cause it does stink a bit hehe,, swampy type sorta nasty but pleasant smelll... what else rogaine i use like twice a week or so too.. used to do it every day. but kinda got out of the habit a bitt....

I've head re-growth, on the temples.. its not thick, but it is a noticeable amount of hair.. my hair line has gotten better.. I need to regrow prolly twice as much tho,, if I wanna spike my hair though with an almost perfect hairline..
I keep my hair short, and kept it bald for a few months too.. it is easier to apply, plus I was readying myself in case bald was in my short term future and it looks like it might not be.. not yet atleast.

Yeah I used to use Nizoral about 6 years ago because i've always had a really bad dandruff problem (genetic) so it's good to know I can switch back to it now and have it have multiple uses for me!

I pretty much don't have the genetics for MPB, but I like to have this stuff covered just incase. I don't want to take chances with this stuff. I guess switching back to Nizoral as my regular shampoo would be enough to prevent hair loss IF I indeed do have an affinity for it.

Daily is GENERALLY sufficient for both scalp and acne, but it's individual; 2% is twice as strong, but often unnecessary. In both cases start with the minimum then assess and adjust.

    Note:
When used for acne, bacne or shacne be sure to follow with a moisturizer, because of the difference between skin and scalp ph levels. Shampoo is not designed for skin and can be too harsh, the inverse is true with soap and the scalp.

I would strongly recommend dutas if you have any hairloss issues. Nizoral is a nice compliment, but not a stand-alone hairloss program.

That's interesting. I had no idea it could do that. I use it to prevent dandruff. I only use it once or twice week for that. Then switch back and forth between the 2 different types of head&shoulders the rest of the time. It prevents all itching and flaking. Nice to to know it has multiple uses. It's kind of expensive though.

For acne I used it EOD as ED was to much. Or even E2D.

Wash the area, applying the Nizoral then let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then rinse off.

Avacors? I've never heard of that. I'll have to check that out.
