Well now that I have done some researching around these here boards I am going to take a small step towards the darkside... Anyways I will be doing a Clen cycle VIA PB's Clen FAQ. I will have before and after pictures for you guys possibly tonight or tomorrow depending on when I find that stupid camera cord, if not crappy camera pics!
So anyways Ill be following his 60mcg to 120mcg taper up doses and probably leave it at 120mcg.
Heres a small sample of what my diet looks like (I am not asking for help on it so I am not posting the daily caloric count, fat, carbs,protein).
Wake up 10am: Clen then cardio 30mins
11am: Egg whites and oatmeal
12pm: PreWO Shake
1pm: Gym
2:30pm:Cardio 30mins
3:30pm: PostWO shake/flax seed oil
4:30pm: Chicken breast salad with some berries mmmm berries
7pm: Some kind of lean beef if not some turkey breast wit a small salad on the side.
10pm: Cottage cheese w/pineapple (not canned) mmm pineapple and some PeanutButter.
12pm-1am: Sleep!
Just one question, seeing as I work outside in hot and humid weather, should I verge on the side of caution on days that I work?? I will have plenty of fluids ie: water/vitamin water for electrolytes so I should be ok I believe.
