Clen and Eph, both burn fat.

Not literally mind you, but way of increasing body temp several percentage points (not mercury thermometer degrees). The latter, if I recall correctly between 5-7%, and the former more effectively at around 13%.

Homeostasis is the body's relatively stable state of equilibrium or a tendency toward it, by maintaining normalcy for a variety of processes (temp, weight loss, skin dryness, intestinal flora, etc.). In this case, when activated by the above chemical (Clen) or herb (Eph), the mechanism homeostatically works to cool the body and necessarily burns calories to do so. Ergo, anything that heats you up slims you down whether it's the aforementioned agents, cardio work, or even cayenne pepper. Of course we're only talking about a finite number of calories (depending on the agent or activity), but when all other variables are in place each synergistically contributing to your overall goal, the results can be profound.
