Cycle as planned:
Weeks 1-3.......40mg -20 morn / 20 afternoon
Weeks 4-6.......50mg
This is my 2nd cycle. Right now I'm limited to just orals. Waited 1 month since my 33day Dbol cycle. Not looking to put on alot of mass, just get cut up and strong.
My routine is thus: 3-4 days a week
Am - 1hr walking (3mi. to gym and back)
1hr stationary bike, med. intensity
Pm - 1hr walking
1hr hittin the weights (full body workouts at first, then 2 part split)
My diet will be eating clean to trim down. I don't want to loose to much weight, mainly inches around waist whilst putting on muscle. This is the first time I've attempted to hit the gym twice in a day. I've been dissatisfied with results the past year so i'm gonna give it more effort and see what comes of it.
After 4 solid mo. without a break I took last mo. off to do cardio 4 times a week to trim down and build up endurance. It's been a real slow process.
