Ok let me make a suggestion first off.....do your bulking cycle first - I know you have some fat on you but the best route would be to cut up naturally - lift hard eat HEALTHY and do cardio 4-5 times a week at no less than 40minutes at a time - then when you have lost some fat - and you dont have a lot, it should go pretty fast - then do your bulking cycle before your cutting. Because when you bulk with the amount of food you should be eating (4000cals or so, 400g of protein etc etc) you will almost inevitably gain some fat
Bulking cycle
sus500 - deca300 - wks 1-8
dbol 30mg/day - wks 1-4 (Jason is right)
clomid start on wk 10 at 300mg/day for day one, then 100mg days 2-11 and 50mg/day on days 12-21
