    new guy from texas

    im 18 live in texas and need advice on what i should take, everything i need to take with it, and how much i need to take.. please help me out

    Welcome. At 18 that's an easy answer, take food, and lots of it. I would take a beverage with it, preferably water, but that's just me.

    at 18 your best friend is good WHOLE food !!!! stay away from steroids for a few more years and take advantage of your natural hormone levels before you start screwing with them.....

I know its been said, and you may not want to hear it but 18yrs old IMO is a little young to experiment with AAS. If you decide that you are going to anyway, be smart! Good luck bro
