same with what I use now, first thing when I get home from work every day I enter the day's info. I carry a pad and pen with me and log down what I eat, most people think I'm nuts.

yeah, this one guy I work with is a dough ball, and he's always the first to make fun of me for eating right and taking care of myself, doesn't bother me though. I do what I do for myself, and feel sorry for him. He's working on building his third chin, I'm afraid one day he's going to keel over in front of me and I'll have to do cpr. I just hope it isn't after tri day.

I see. I still wonder the reason CHEST was banned he and I were pretty tight. I spent a lot of time just reading on the board before I ever joined, as I guess a lot do, it's strange how much the board as a whole has changed since then. So many have come and gone, makes me grateful for the really knowledgeable people we still have now, I still learn something almost every day.

That's the thing with these boards though.... People are going to build up trust and break it. The biggest example was the late BigKev.... He turned out to be a real dick by fuking people over, but for the longest time he was GOLDEN and could do no wrong.

Another thing that ruins a lot of boards and bros reputations is greed. A lot of the boards that allow sourceing have it happen all the time. I can't tell you the amount of guys I considerd 'friends/assocaites' who ended up stabbing me and a lot of others in the back for some easy money. I guess a few of them got theirs in the end when they got snatched up by LE, but still it hurt to know that guys you trusted would do that.

Thats why I was always tight with guys as far as I know, pretty straight like Booz, Jayhova and Roidattack. There are a lot of members that I consider good board friends and hope that they will stay true.

The other thing is that it is hard to keep serious members because there are a lot more choices out there now in the way of boards. Each person has there fav. This board started to get a lot more riff-raff when they switched their url to steroid.com in my opinion.

damn i don't agree with the nark thread being moved, but the admin is trying their best i guess. As much as we rag on them I guess they are trying their best to keep our interests, and theirs in check at the same time... I think we all forget, myself included, that they are responsible for what happens here.

I always suggested back in the day the the respected members/mods/vets here start a secret forum site, an offchute of this site and make it an invite only that way it would be the members who care about helping each other out and for the noobs they would still get their anwsers on this board until they were respected enough to move up
