I started out at a unhelathy 286 lbs. I started dieting and working out, and got down to a good 184, but now im at a plateau. So techinally i went from completely bad, to decent, but im not where i want to be yet, Anyways, I recenlty (as in 3 days ago) started out on this no carbs diet. Im not really sure what im doing so i would appreciate any advice possible. I cut my food down to strickly hard boiled egg whites, lean grilled chiken breast, turkey breast and tuna,with the exception of this moring when i gave in to a banana. Can someone explain the weekend carb up thing. Is it necessary? Will I feel an particular chages when i go into ketosis? Any other foods that you recomend? Thanks
