unfortunately I MISSED that event very frustrating too I wouldve loved to have sat in that seminar. Heinz is a hell of a guy too funny as hell. Mr. Munoz also introduced me and my friend to Vic, another amazingly nice guy. Makes me want to move to NY and train over there lol.

I met Heinz during last years contest prep. I'm told there is a picture of me on his web site.

I have to check it out.

I've only seen him a few times here in NYC. Never been to his gym. Have you seen him lately? I'm headed to the Europa Super Show tomorrow and Heinz is in the show. The show is in Dallas.

I saw him at the southern states show 4 weeks ago more or less. He looked good, oversized clothes though couldnt really tell much. I hope he does well at the show

Great job! Wheels look good! the only thing I would say is bringing out the tear drop some more on the quads....feet close together on the leg press works great! keep it up!!

I know I have tear drop issues. It's a genetic thing. (At least that's what Victor told me.) My tear drops connect high away from my knee. Most people they connect deeper by the side of the knee. Connecting high makes the tear drops look smaller.

So I have to make them much bigger.

I have never trianed my forearms directly. I don't wear straps for anything. Bent rows, deadlifts. Not wearing straps increased my grip strength and the size of my forearms.
