I am going to change my diet to 4 meals and 1 weight gain shake a day because of the situation i am in at the moment the day will add up to 200g protein, 400g carbs and 4000cals. I used to eat 7 meals a day adding up to the same but am wondering will the one i planned still do, i would have protain shakes instaed but they dont fill me and i am hungry 20 mins later. M y goals are to bulk up and i am 6,2, 190lbs 15%bf
