thinking about frontloading...and starting tom. And yes I really do agree Merc...when it really comes down to it diet then training are the keys, but everything you read descibes a direct relation between dosage amounts and gains...so if I'm going to do it I want to go full out, but not overboard.
But if you say 400 is good and 500 at my stage really wonlt help much than ............................................I'm with you.
