yea, last week it was 140/85 and i started winny 3 days ago (on top of my test and deca) so im thinkin it could be worse, iono, i get paranoid bout these things. he did give me some natty supps but i dont think its enough

funny i took 2 of those balance 3's 20mins ago and everything feels normal now, maybee it is working. i still think im gonna get the bp meds as they r cheaper

then I've got the hookup. I take this when my bp goes up on cycle and it makes all the difference. get hawthorn berry and take them with each meal, take garlic a couple times a day (get odorless) and take 1 baby aspirin a day in the morning. Just that makes a world of difference.

bro ive got chronic anxiety disorder, fuxin sucks, i basically have anxiety of one level or another all the time, no joke, its hard to deal with. i can get worked up over things like bp, not trying to be a drama queen or nothin.

yeah what sucks is the more you worry about bp, the worse it's gonna get. Try the stuff I listed and you'll have one less thing to worry about.
