and i HAVE been reading alot on this board, an all fruit diet seems to be a bit extreme on your body!!
all i wanted was feedback from you ppl, why are ppl thinkin im approving this diet, or this diet im going to do, or i recommend this diet to everyone trying to lose weight?!

I believe that a reasonable amount of fruit is good for you during the early and/or middle part of the day, but eating nothing but that for even one day scares me because it means I didn't get at least 150-200g or so of protein.Originally Posted by Slaiv

one big tell-tale sign the guy doesn't know what he's doing is notice he says his diet is to "lose weight", not bodyfat. sure, you'd lose weight on his diet, but it would be mostly muscle cause there'd be no protein to preserve it. also, what lame-@ss reasoning does he use for his "all protein powder" pre-flush? it's a marketing ploy to get you using tons of their protein. almost an entire day of powder protein finished off with one solid meal? not even remotely close to healthy. the guy is an idiot. just another guy trying to get some recognition by throwing something out there they obviously know nothing about.
i can pretty much guarantee you won't find a pic of the guy who made the diet anywhere and if you can find a pic somewhere and the guy is in shape, it's not gonna be him but a paid model.
