Wanted to put it up for discussion, but this is what I have in mind:
Prop wk 1-12 100mg/eod
Tren wk 7-12 100mg/eod
Win wk 8-13 50mg/ed
IGF-1 wks 5-8 and again wks 13-16 (immediately post cycle w/ PCT)
running Letro .5mg/ed throughout cycle and PCT is all set.
Currently 180lbs 10%bf 5' 6''. Consuming 4,000 + cals/ed & in the gym 3-5 days a week.
