Dizzle- I have not lost strength at all- quite the contrary Ive added alot of weights onto all my lifts. Remember this, Im brand new to serious hardcore workouts. when ever ive gone to a gym in the past I would use the same weight, same sets, same reps,every week so my body or streangth never grew. WRONG APPROACH !!!!!!! Now I do less sets, less reps, and alot heavier weight to shock the shit out of my muscle. I try my best to add weight to every excersise every week when I can even if its a 2.5lb weight to each side of the bar.
here are a few examples of some of the excersises I do- what i could do in September and what I can do now so you can see.

Bench - sept 155x10 now 255x6 Best 305x1
Squats-sept never did now 315x8
Deads- sept never did now 255x10
curls O-bar- sept never did now 95x6
dips- sept max 8 now weighted dips 35 additional Lbs x 12
pull ups max 1 now weighted with 35 lbs for 2 x 6
Abbs sets of 10 now weighted with 55Lbs for 2x10
