i dont have a set diet so far, but im taking in about 210grams of protein a day

3 eggs wheat toast and oatmeal for breakfast

turkey or tuna sandwich hour an half later

tuna sandwich, banana, yogurt for lunch with a shake

two or three kashi bars or metrx protein bars for a post lunch snack

and a big dinner, chicken with atleast two diff veggies and bread, usually a couple chicken breasts, or burgers with turkey meat

and a shake before bed time and maybe also a protein snack
