I change my diet up all the time. But I always, and I mean every day eat a 16oz. Steak. Either Ribeye, T-Bone, Serloin, or Fillet. I mostly get sick of Sammon. My wife makes it like 2 or 3 times a week, and I get sick of it. I would much rather eat Trout, Bass, Cod, or Shark.
I also hear everyone saying the get sick of Tuna. For some reason I don't I eat 2 cans a day with a little salt and peper and Tobasco Sauce. I love it.
