decabol 250 has a green flip top and is 10 ml. 250 mg. and on the side it says manufactured 04 2005 and use by date 04 2010

hey,i just went to take the flip cap off the british dragon vial so i can start using some enenthate and the whole top rubber stopper and all came off.i could have dipped my finger in the bottle.now i am weary,is it fake.i have never seen this happen to me or anyone else in over 20 years. anyone know anything about this.has this happened to anyone.

oh by the way according to the posts on here enenthate comes in green tops .the ones i received are brown and the deca are green.what the hell is going on.did i ger ripped off.
