I started a test prop cycle 6 weeks ago... this stuff was kinda shity gained around 10 pounds in 3 wks so i added in some m1t... and it worked pretty good gained another 8-10 pounds but nothin much for stength for the first 3 weeks then today i did chest.... my sets were 340x5 365x5 385x5 405x1 last week i did 4 reps at 345 and the was the max... that a huge jump...
