how does that do? the 40grams a day? I was reading up on it and it appears that it has its benefits.

its great! minus the tastse LOL

its been a godsend for helping to preserve muscle

ive been playin around w/ dosing schemes...10pre/20dur/10post

and ive recently switched up to 20pre/20post

    OR

    if i do car-dee-o, 15pre car-dee-o, 15preworkout, 10pwo

i think it would REALLY only help during a cutting diet (waits for Kbiz to come in and say otherwise ) just b/c of the nature of what bcaas do...help to preserve muscle!

if ya got some extra bucks kickn around buy a tub of bcaa powder and see hwo u like it!

What do you use? Right now, I have NOW BCAA Powder, a little left.
Is there a better tasting one to get without paying a shitload?
What about mixing it with crystal light? lol is it that bad? I always mix mine in my protein shake so I never taste it.

actually thats the better of the 2 i tried...BN's bcaas are WORSE in both taste and mixability

i used to mix mine w/ crystal light, but have since stopped it b/c i keep forgetting to buy it when i go grocery shopping LOL

i kno theres one company that makes flavored bcaas, but i never could justify the extra cost for some flavoring

Shit, Scivation Xtend is a much better deal. The have grape, lemonade, and watermelon flavors. It was $38 for 1035g(3.5g, 1.75g, 1.75g), 90 servings per container. The price rose to like $45. Still, better deal and the grape tastes good.
