Thread: my pic, i need steroids suggestions

    my pic, i need steroids suggestions

    it's been 5 months now i have started my workouts again
    before 3 years i have done my workouts for 1 year (have used Testosterone for 4-5 months in this period) and have gained a LOT
    but as i stopped the workouts, i have went back to my old self
    now before starting i was 55kg and now i'm 62 kg

    i want suggestions about using deca durabolin and d-bol, see my pic and suggest me

    my gym teacher today said that i can use deca durabolin and d-bol now for big gains, can i?

    Id suggest getting a solid diet down would be in your best interest, not gear If you continue to run anabolics at this rate, you will have the same results over and over: gain mass only to lose it all.

    Even if you use steroids, all you're going to gain is water weight, which will disappear after your cycle.

    Steroids aren't magic, they don't create muscle out of thin air. You need CALORIES to build muscle from your foods. Think about it - you can't build a house without bricks (food) no matter how fast your workers work (steroids).

    Post your diet in the diet forum for critique... and your workouts too.

    i think i'm tired with all the waiting, plus there's no one for me to make me food six times a day

    (don want to waste much money on weight gainers, tired wasting it)

    Well, bottom line, if you use steroids and don't eat properly you will only gain water weight which will go away after you're done. You CANT build muscle without sufficient raw materials (food).

    Sorry if it's not what you wanted to hear, all I can offer is the truth.

    I make a ton of food and keep it in the fridge for the next 2-3 days. It's not that hard.

    Oh, and if you do decide to waste your money on steroids, don't do just deca and dbol together because its very likely your cock won't work for months.

    if you do not consume enough food every 2-3 hours which equates to 6 upwardly of meals the gear will not be worth taking anyways mate..................

    He isn't gonna tell you because you shouldnt be anywhere near aas.

    If you use it anyway you'll be disappointed because I doubt you'll gain more than 5lbs. If you dont eat, aas wont do shit.

    Holy crap man. I dont know how some guys stay so small. all I do is gain fat when I get of the gear and out of my routine. I suggest lots of high calorie high protien meals for you. You need to wait before you decide to take any type of gear. JMO

    On the subject of eating more while on AAS, how many cals a day should someone be eating?

    I already, atleast have a whey shake every 2-3 hrs (sometimes, rare, more time passes, since ish happens). But if I do juice (gotta find a source http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...=1#post3664330) how many cals should I be consuming a day?

    Also, are other OTC supps still necessary, like creatine and BCAAs?

    Search google for "BMR Calculator", plug in your information (you have to know your bodyfat %) and it will tell you how many calories you burn each day, just sitting around. You then use the Harris-Benedict formula to see how many calories you burn with walking, lifting, etc. Eat 500-1000 more than that, its a good starting point. If you're not gaining muscle, eat more, if you're gaining too much fat, eat less or change the macronutrient ratios.
