    drank my ass off all day yesterday... me and the wife had a party and i drank like i haven't done in a long time... started w/ beer - went to tequila, then vodka... then started playing beer pong and went back to beer then somehow started drinking southern comfort...lol. all downhill from there bro.. its been a while since people told me shit i did that i have no recollection of.

    woke up like a champ this morning and went to six flags all day... rode tons of roller coasters.... ate good, didn't drink a drop but the heat was a bitch. freakin 90 degrees here in D.C.

    i have to get a couple more sessions overwith before i start my cycle in Nov.
