    NO-Xplode and Nitrix

I just bought the NO-Xplode and Nitrix and i was just curious, do you guys take it only on the days you work out or do you take it every day.

Also, whats the latest i would be able to take the NO-Xplode? I work out after work, at around 6, but i hear if you take it too late you will have trouble sleeping. Any suggestions?

You take the Nitrix every day, even when not training. The NO-explode should be taken about 30-45 minutes before you train. It definately amps you up, so if you have trouble sleeping, I wouldn't take it too late. Having said all that, I used both products, and honestly they were a waste of my money. Hopefully you will have different results.

no explode worked for about 2 weeks for me take it only on workout days ....personally i could take no explode about 10 minutes b4 bed and not have an issue falling asleep.

i dont respond well to stimulants really, im trying no shotgun now maybe it gives me an increase in pumps, but i still yawn at the gym so its not doing much

i took them both every day. i dont respond to stimulants well either. after using both i figured they werent worth the money. a good protein and creatine is better than any type of no2 product i think

NO Xplode is a decent PreWO supplement. I noticed an increase in pumps and definitely focus/energy. Thing is, I got the worst crash ever. It was horrible, I didn't want to eat or anything for about an hour and a half after my workout.

I'd say a 2-3 hours before bed shouldn't affect your sleep.

As far as the Nitrix, I've never tried it. It's gotten decent reviews, but I'd rather spend my money on other things. If you look at the main ingredient in all of these NO products, it's AAKG. I'd much rather buy AAKG in bulk for a fraction of the cost.

    I'd take the Nitrix/AAKG everyday.

Thanks for the repsonses. Yea i have a hard time focusing when i work out for some reason. I get lazy at times and take long breaks inbetween sets so hopefully this will help. I have gotten mixed reviews so we will see how it goes for me.

Any other supps you guys recommend? I heard shotgun was good as well.

I've gotta high tolerance for stimulants as well. High energy sodas, energy drinks, and other stuff like that does nothing for me. No-xplode is the only thing i've tried so far that gives me a good pump and extra energy and alertness.

i don't know why some of you guys got bad results off of them, they worked awsome for me strength wise... i was 125lbs and i went from maxing out at 175lbs in bench to repping 240lbs in about a month or two.... the only bad thing is after i stopped using it i lost alot of strength but w/e... If anything just juice up FTW! but if you're gonna do that do it right...

you were 125 lbs putting up 240lbs on bench?

and no explode helped you put 65lbs on your bench in 2 months?

those figure seem a little exxagerated...i can admit that i repond poorly but i find it hard to believe someone seeing such results from a pre workout energy supplement

yea dude i swear, no exageration. thats what i did, i couldn't believe it myself when i first did it... but i did push myself pretty hard to get there, the only thing that sucked was i lost all that strength after i got off it. but those gains are normal for me i guess, i stopped working out completely for 3 months went from 148lbs to 134lbs and 2 months ago i couldnt even max out at 180 in bench, now (naturally) im repping 210 about 6 times and im wei***ng 148lbs , i guess its good jeans

i dont know why you would lose everything from a pre-workout supplement but im not gunna call you a liar

it seems like you are making and losing newbie gains again and again....for example when an overweight person does minimal exercise he/she will lose a lot of weight very quickly and see great results...as that individual loses more and more weight and exercises longer, there results will slow down dramatically

I use both NO Xplode and Nitrix. I personally like them both together. I think NO Shotgun is better though, that shit was crazy.
