In my opinion 100 is over kill. But everyone is different. I ran 50 for 4 weeks then bumped to 75 for two weeks. At 75 I felt and saw no differnce. You will start to feel the var kick in about the third to fourth day. My pct was tamox 3 week at 20 mg. I have been off cycle for 7 weeks I have kept all my strenth gains. Oh and diet IS everything with var.Oh I took my doses 1 in the morning then 1 at about 2 hours before I worked out.
