    IGF-1 Log

Hey, I'm running IGF-1 solo to heal a pelvic avulsion injury from 3 years ago that has never fully healed. It would have been ideal if I had known about IGF-1 when my injury was surgically fixed 2 years ago, but that wasn't the case. I was going to start my cycle last night, I actually tried to inject 40 mcg, but I lost about half of it to the syringe. This was because the place I ordered from forgot to ship the bacteriostatic water with it. I'm going to wait until I get my bacteriostatic water to continue injections so I don't waste anymore. Any comments or advice is appreciated!

    Day 1 (Sunday / Yesterday)-
    Morning Weight - 161 lbs
IGF-1 - 40 mcg (more like 20 mcg ) PostWO in right glute

    Side Pillars - 90 seconds
    Front Pillars - 90 seconds
    Back Pillars - 90 seconds
    Bench Press - 3 x 2 x 185 lbs
    Medicine Ball-
    Lying Chest Throws - 3 x 10 x 8 lbs
    Chest Pass - 1 x 10 x 8 lbs
    Overhead Pass - 1 x 10 x 8 lbs
    Lumberjacks - 2 x 8 x 8 lbs
Bicycle / Hip to Hip - 3 minutes
    V Ups - 20 reps

Not the best workout in the world, I didn't have time to do as many sets as I would have prefered. By the way I know this workout may look weird but I'm an athlete, not a bodybuilder. Today should be leg day, I would LOVE to be able to inject my IGF-1 today but I don't think I'm going to have my bacteriostatic water.

    Day 2-
    Morning Weight - 163 lbs
    IGF-1 - 40 mcg

    Side Pillars - 120 seconds
    Front Pillars - 120 seconds
    Back Pillars - 120 seconds
    Front Squat Press- 2 x 8 x 95 lbs
    Jump Squats- 3 x 10 x 8 lbs

Workout cut short because my cousin is a sissy... Legs felt pretty good. I forgot to mention I'm also taking 6 grams of Cissus a day.

    Perfect Protein / Carb shake-
1.5 cups of milk (I prefer 2% or vanilla soy)
1 scoop ON 100% Whey (minimum)
2 scoops Waxy Maize Starch (minimum)
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Peanut Butter
    1 Banana (Optional)

Add that with a decent amount of ice and some chocolate syrup and you're good to go. For those of you that like coffee I would try adding some and getting rid of the banana and maybe the peanut butter.

edit: went n tracked down some bacteriostatic water, wasn't easy though, I had to convince the lady I was trying to dilute b-12 lol. n e wayz i got my 40 mcg in!! how do most of you do it so that you don't lose any in the syringe?

    Day 3-
    Morning Weight - 162.5 (-.5)
    IGF-1 - 40 mcg left glute

    Side Pillars - 120 seconds
    Front Pillars - 120 seconds
    Back Pillars - 120 seconds
Bicycle / Hip to Hip - 3 minutes
    Pull Ups - 3 x 5 x BW
    Chin Ups - 3 x 5 x BW
    BB Rows - 3 x 10 slow + 3 x 10 fast
Assisted Single Arm Pull Ups - 3 x 15 (each side)

Legs are sore from yesterday... too early to report on the IGF-1 but I think the analgesic effect from the cissus is beginning to show.

    Day 10 Update-

My leg doesn't feel any better, and I might possibly be suffering side effects from the igf-1. I'll update again, i might be sick, but i've been feeling lethargic and achey the last couple of days.

Wait your are mixing IGF with bacteriostatic water? You know its best in AA, diluted with NaCl right before injecting?
