Looking real good dude. how about some stats and workout/cycle experience
They should show on my profile?
Height:
6'2"
Weight:
242
Body Fat %:
10%?
Training Experience:
11 years
Bodybuilding Knowledge:
11 years and still learning
Cycle Experience:
Test E, Sust, Testoviron, Deca, Equipose, Primo, Anadrol, Test P, Tren, HGH
I should add I've only been doing gear for the past 2 years. So many people jump straight in, but it's possible to gain 50lbs before getting into chemicals.
Looking really good bro. Hard to say on bf% but it's nice and low.
I would say your single digits like 8.5-9ish
looking very good, keep it up
WOW thats ridiculous
Im guessing 9%, looking pretty beastly
Any supplements you'd recommend?
In order these are the supps I'd go for:Originally Posted by Fastlane051

8 = whey/dextrose/powdered oats in a PWO shake
9 = vitamins (slow release multi and 1g vit c)
10 = gear/hgh etc
11 = 200mg caffeine pre workout+pre-cardio
12 = 5g creatine in PWO shake
looking good mang! inspirational.
+/- 9% b.f.
Keep up the good work. How old are you?
Just turned 30.Originally Posted by Johny-too-small

wow, great physique!! If I could get to where you're at, I'd be a happy camper!!! I'm working on it.. I'll be back in a minute.. gotta go to the gym and workout some more now that I feel so inadequate![]()
Holy shit, looking good!!

Totally respect that post Welsh - so many don't belive in the nutrition and diet.
And I would guess getting close to an 8% on the bodyfat.
Good work bro - keep it up!
Cheers, bro. Number of times I get asked in the gym "what supplements do you take" rather than "what is your diet like"!Originally Posted by TADOLFI

Looking very good mate, have you competed or thought about competing?
Crossed my mind, but I'm 6'3 so would look long and rangy unless I packed on a few more stone of muscle.Originally Posted by britbb

If you just keep adding some more mass to your frame then youll be able to do some shows...definately a first timers mate, you could prob do one of them now if you dieted down for a bit.
Yeah, more muscle is needed to compete, I think. I wouldn't want to do it unless I felt confident I was in tip-top shape and I'm a long way from that. Fairly lean, but not muscular enough.
Thanks for the input, bud. How long did it take you to get to 20 stone?
Well it took about 5 years to bulk from age 17 to 22 and get from 11.5 stone to 20 stone 4.
Then i dieted down for 4 months.
Then i bulked up again for a year about, got to 20 stone 8, but leaner than i was last time at over 20 stone. Then dieted down again but for 3 months this time, it took less time to get in shape.
This time im bulking up and im already at 20 stone 2, so i aim to go to 21 stone by 3 months time and then diet down to around 16 stone 4- 16 stone 7 for contest time. I am leaner at over 20 stone than i was last time, quite a bit leaner tbh.
It looks like my offseason weight is around the 290 mark. After each diet and then a bulk it seems that the weight comes back upto the 290 lbs mark but i become leaner than the previous time i bulked to that weight (if you see what i mean)...haha so hopefully in 7 more years of training i will be at 290 and lean...then only dieting down to 260 lbs shreddedI hope haha.
Bud, you definately could compete, as long as the legs are ok youd be able to to diet down and do a first timers show now...wait a year though if you dont feel ready...just keep bulking up and then diet down for 3-4 months, take 4 if its your first hand at dieting...you look lean already though.
looking good, man.
Man, that is amazing! I was pleased with moving from 10 stone to 14 in 4 years, but 40lbs per year is effing incredible, hat off!Originally Posted by britbb
