    btw bros...check out my slingshot training log i have just posted...i just started it this week and i am on the diet program as well. I am currently doing Test E @ 500mg/wk (which I may bump uo to 750 - its my 5th cycle) and run winnie the last 6-8 weeks right up to PCT
