    BB2K's cut pics

    I have only 3 days to go until my contest, these pics were taken October 6th so i am leaner now. I am 193lbs at 5% now trying to get to 3%

    The contest is sponsored by www.ironmass.com its an online competition. They do this every year and i like doing this to help me prepare for the real deal. I am 5' 10" and 193lbs right now, taking 50mg of aldactone for 5 days and the last 2 days i will add 20mg of lasix. As far as tanning, I WAS tanning but with my work schedule it was to hectic so i purchased the pro tan stuff for final pics. I will post my final pix sunday and let ya know how i do, they will pick the placings mid november. Number twelve, by chance are you samoan? i see the "Haka" in your avatar.

    A grand total of 3 hard years. I am working with Tim Lutz now, he trained Lesa Lewis, and he is helping me get in the best shape of my life. We are aiming for 3 shows in July 2010. So i have a year and a few months to get big and bad.
