9g fat isn't a whole lot at a pro/carb meal
im gonna look for that breakfast recipe and ill post it for you guys to critique and tell me if its good for a leaning up diet, give me about 20min real quick, the book is in my car, and my friend went to the store
so if protein is lets say 30g+ and carb is about 40g+ then is 10-11g of fat ok? or that is to high comparing the pro/carb intake?
