sup man.. just got back from my mri.. not as bad as they thought. the disk is NOT ruptured, but one is herniated and another is badly buldged. they gave me steriods (prednezone) and a follow up appt for next wednesday for an epideral (sp). she said i should be out of the gym for at least two months (DEATH!!!!)...

It helps with what you need, but it's not like its a good steriod. It almost has the reverse effects. How many milligrams are you on? I started with 80 ml. for a week, then 70 ml a week, etc...until I got to 10 ml. It Fvcked me up, I gained like 20 lbs of fat (and bloated), I broke out with pimps, mood swings (mental cuz they way I felt about myself), I was totally bitchy, it makes you just like a chick always bitching about nothing. It breaks down your immune system. God it sucked for me.
