since no one has answered this, i will give you an answer that you probably don't care about in the first place.

I've only taken t3 and ran 60mcg but it made me feel sick after a week so I had to stop.

i know you asked about t4 that's why i said you probably won't care about what I had to say...but your post isn't gettin any attention so i figured i'd add my 2cents
