You should keep a log of all your cycles .. Start dates compounds and so on just so you can look back and see .. I find this helps alot ...

for sure, I am always writing down my plan, then changing it as I go. I will say oh..I will run this longer, or maybe I will end this compound early. So I totaly lose track of where I am at.

I was burning up yesterday so I would have kept him warm, not so bad today but I started my doses earlier in the day today. Still shaking like a clown though. I remember why I don't like this stuff....

Lion's clen. it suprisingly feels accurately dosed at 200mcg/ml. I measured it with an insuline syringe and each squirt should equal to about 25mcg. 2 squirts and I'm definitely feeling around the same effects as the chinese clen I've used that was 40mcg. I'm doing 2 in the morning after I get out of bed and one more in the afternoon

ahhh, I've had a couple inhailers and tried it before but that def doesn't have the thermogenic effect that clen does. makes me breath a whole hell of a lot better but that's about it. I went out a few times today, been around 20degrees and my body temp has stayed 100F

I did not know you where on right now pewn. Have any of you tried the plex brand clen. Thats what I am using right now. It makes me shake for about 5 hours, then I feel normal for about 5 hours, followed by in intense racing heart.

No, left it on there. I did one pump in the cap and drew it with the slin-pin just to get the measurement correct then put it back.

I've heard of the injectable clen version in south america...must be some potent stuff. I beleive it's dosed at 200mcg/ml also....but of course, it's made sterile to inject

Yes, the shakes are no joke. People would definitely think your on something...or ask you if you're nervous all the time and be scared that you'll go crazy and come in to shoot the place up...I guess a lose lose situation...lol

40mcg per tab, I am taking 120mcg per day.

i was up to 200mcg a day and i didnt notice any more shaking than 120, just a big headache.

good night dizz. Pewn the last time I ran it I did 80mcg per day, I like 120 more. It causes more shaking and such gives me more assurance that it is working. I did not hardly get the shakes off of 80mcg.

There can be dosage differences. I got mine from a local source, for all I know it could habe been dosed at 10mcg a tab instead of 20
