yes STDs can be passed through anal sex. use protection. silly goose. and you shouldnt be having unprotected sex with anyone... if your not 100% sure they are clean.

if you are both clean basically like virgins then there is no way you can get an std, but you can get an infection from gettin poop or bacteria on your weiner....this can lead to std like symptoms and that sucks...

Do not do anal with Vaseline!!!!! That's asking for an infection! Use a water based lube.

yeah, if you're bot hclean then you can't "create" an STD but you could get a UTI or infection from bacteria as others have statde.. always use water based or silicone based lube, no vaseline for anything...
