This product lists 3 sources, though the print is off, what's with the quotes. Anyway, the fact that it's only $35 for 6lbs of powder, and has an extremely high cholestrol amt leads one to believe that it is mostly whey concentrate which is less absorbable. It also has a high sugar content, which would again hurt absorption.
