I searched on how to measure dextrose and got about 20 different answers. I"m trying to take 75g... and some people say 75g is 1/3 cup, 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup... and some say its 4 scoops with an ON scooper... I don't want to take the wrong amount of this stuff so i need a definite answer please.. thanks

But apparently all i need is a measuring cup i just need to find what the right amount is

lol 75grams is alot of dex
anywho, the pack of dextrose should have the serving size on the nutrition label. Mine for example says something like 1 teaspoon is 5 grams. Do a couple conversions (using an internet converter is easy) to whatevr fits yr needs.
