    Talking How do i do this??

    im under 25, and i know i cant inject before bed time...

    so how and when am i allowed to inject and eat? insulin spike etc..... can someone give me a day or even a week timetable/routine. sorry for my rookieness.

    eg. 6am, run.
    8pm inject
    10 eat...
    etc............
    ????????????

    excuse my rookieness and where do i fit in my flax,fish oils and Animal pak?
