    finally joined hello

    hello everyone. i'm 5'6" and 195 lbs. about 25 % body fat. i have done two cycles about a year and a half ago. i am going to do a stack of test,t3,and clen to lose some weight and a lot more cardio. I work out two times a week and do cardio about the same but i'm not losing weight any help is greatly appreciated. i'm reading the diet forums every day.

    Welcome, was gonna advise to do training and cardio more than twice a week but you've started that up.

    7 days a week may be a bit much and cause a little muscle catabolism. Try upping your training to 4-6 days a week with the weights and resting only 1 minute to a minute and a half between your sets. Try cardio EOD (every other day) so you get it 3 to 4 times a week. If you've been out of the iron game for a bit this ought to ignite your fat loss tremendously.
