hello everyone. i'm 5'6" and 195 lbs. about 25 % body fat. i have done two cycles about a year and a half ago. i am going to do a stack of test,t3,and clen to lose some weight and a lot more cardio. I work out two times a week and do cardio about the same but i'm not losing weight any help is greatly appreciated. i'm reading the diet forums every day.
