I break open the amp that contains the powder, then slowly inject 1ml of solution into the powder. I then draw up the solution and inject it into a sealed sterile vial, then inject the remainder of the bacteriostatic water I wish to use to yield the concentration I desire. Make sure to stick a needle to vent the new sealed sterile vial as you inject the water so as to not build up pressure.
Stick a needle? I am not familiar with this term?

    Please explain.

    Thanks

just take a needle off of a spare syringe, and place it through the rubber stopper as a vent, so when you inject the fluid into the sealed vial there is a way for air to escape from the vial as the fluid enters it so pressure doesn't build up in the vial.

So essentially you have 2 syringes in the stopper when filling up.

One that is filling the vial and the other that is releasing air.

    Is this correct?

Yes you got it. To answer some of your other questions: You can not store an open vial. Once the top has been snapped off, you need to use all the contents or transfer it to a sterile vial for storage. Get yourself a couple of 10ml sterile vials from ARR, they come in handy and is a must for the way we reconstitute and use HCG.
