Hey all, this is my first time posting up some pics. As some of you may know, I did a screwed up cycle a few months back. Won't go into that again! Planning on doing a correct one after the first of the year. Here are some pics that I would like some feedback on. Sorry for their quality, I had to take them myself. I am 41, 5'11", 185. I am guessing around 12-14%bf, but would like to get some opinions on that too. I know that I am no beast by any means, just trying to put on a few more pounds and then cut up, get a more defined look, and loose some more mid-section fat. Flame away, if you must, lookin for suggestions, comments, and/or advice!
