    Thats a good point...thats why you will always see somewhere in my post I ask "what are your goals?"...that way i'll know what exactly he is looking to do...

    Oh I know, I was just posting that to a select few that always seem to want to know. Your question on goals is spot on.

    well idealy id just like to bulk up and increase my strength, i am a little chubby about 20 % body fat but i dont understand why a steroid like dbol couldnt help me shred it, itd give me the strength to do more reps=burn more calories, increase my strength of my legs= faster, harder running. im not sure what id start as with a test yet though.

    Exactly, we all have different goals. In my personal experience, and through watching other people... the most effective way to burn fat, is to build muscle while doing it.
