when i hit a good dead in a contest, i will post it. it has been a while since i hit a good dead in a contest. lately just been average. i am working my ass off to get my dead above and beyond where it is by training my weak points. key to all of this nonsense i do is to figure out what is weak and make it strong. once that is stong,something else will be my new weak point,than i will work at that.it is so simple yet so many people cant figure this out. they do the same work out again and again use the same movements, same auxillary lifts and than wonder why they are not making gains
