i didn't say that running double ur bodyweight is protocol, but for your first cycle, do that and you should get good results. and for eating protein, you go with how much you want to weigh, and eat that much protein, being 200 pounds and eating 400 grams of protein a day is going to kill your intestines. Im between 260 and 270 and my protein intake year round is between 300 and 350grams a day. So don't eat sloppy, eat six meals a day with 40g of protein and you will be at 240g every day, for best results imo
