    i miss my carbs..just started cutting last week..the only time i consume carbs is PWO

    you sound like your doing good.... just keep up the good work, worry about steroids later when you reach your limits..... i didnt and wish i would of, but oh well.... you sound like you are getting a good grip on the diet, i would just do alot of research in the diet forum and lifting tech. forum..... good luck bro!
