I am 40 years old and 215lbs been back in the gym for a month after taking off a year, bench 225 curl 85 looking for strength, and to cut down somthing that will help with the mid section and getting my matabalisim up, I also would like the best stack that will stay in the syatem the longest, I also want to no what you recommend should I use anything right now for bitch tits.
