diet will be somethink like this....

meal 1 -8am 7 hard boild eggs and a bolw of oats

meal 2-10am can of tuna with 2 slices of whole meal bread and a hand full of nuts.

meal 3 - 12pm 150 grams chicken(george forman) 70g brown rice.

meal 4 - 2pm lean beef on whole meal bread with pro shake

meal 5 - 5pm 2 large sweet patatoes with 200g of turkey and some side salad

meal 6- 7pm 2 cans of tuna with some almonds and pro shake to wash it down.

meal 7 -some cottage chesse with some more of the nuts and maybe some ice creem after lol.....
