Wow what a joke just like watcin a movie 1st injection absolutley painless. I booted at about 9:30 am this moning. Right now it feels like very mild a charlie horse. Just a slight knot. Text book for my 1st. I had a little blood as I pulled out. Yes I asprateded, and waited till I pulled out the neddle.

AS injections are absolutley pain free for me. I may have a little sorness the next day but I could easily do an intense leg workout the day after my injection.
I just injected this morning for the first time in 2 years. This time I used a 1.5 inch pin and I really liked it much better than a 1 inch pin.

In about 4-5 weeks your workouts are going to be huge. You will have unbelievable pumps and your stamina will be higher than it's ever been. Just make sure you eat enough calories, protein, carbs, and fats.
When I did my first cycle I ate 4000 cal/day, around 400g/protein/day, carbs I kept at around 400-500g/day because I was competing in power lifting contests. If you are not powerlifting and looking to lean out lower your carbs to 150-200g/day, and I was taking in 80-100g of fat/day. And this must be done with high quality foods so I found myself having to force feed myself just to hit my totals for the day. It was only tough the first week then I got used to eating that much and it was easy. I started with a 280 pound press and at the end of my 8 week cycle I pressed 370 pounds. I jumped 10 pounds/week except one week I jumped 20 pounds. Diet right, get enough sleep and lift big.
I use 22 or 23 guage pins.

Ya I was going to say that... I have never heard of a 33 gauge pin... doesnt mean there isn't one out there but ... from my knowledge that isnt one that is at my pharmacy...

Massage the area in for a good couple minutes to spread the hormone through the muscle tissue.
I usually sit on the side of the glute to use my body weigth to spread it though, no problems
just a suggestion. Good on you though
